SHIPPING
From the moment an order is accepted, we aim to have your purchase processed and shipped within 48 hours (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). You will be notified throughout the shipping process via email including the tracking information. If there are any issues regarding shipping please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please note, during holiday seasons, it may take longer to process and ship your purchase.
Returns
If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your order you can request a return by contacting waceland.ncl@gmail.com within ten days of the original purchase date to process a return. Please note, you can only request a return for a order placed online.
You are entitled to return goods to the vendor only if the following conditions are fully met:
- Requesting a return by contacting the stated email address
- The original tags have not been removed
- The goods are returned in their original packaging
- The goods have not been used, worn or washed
- The goods are not damaged
All in-store sales are final.
